ZUCCHINI BLOSSOMS PESTO

Materials

  • 20 zucchini blossoms
  • 1 shallot
  • 2 leaves laurel
  • 100 gr pecorino cheese
  • to taste oil
  • to taste salt

Instructions

  • Cook the blossoms with laurel, shallot, salt and a little bit of water.
  • When they are cooked, remove laurel and blend with pecorino and oil.
