ZUCCHINI BLOSSOMS PESTO

Materials
- 20 zucchini blossoms
- 1 shallot
- 2 leaves laurel
- 100 gr pecorino cheese
- to taste oil
- to taste salt
Instructions
- Cook the blossoms with laurel, shallot, salt and a little bit of water.
- When they are cooked, remove laurel and blend with pecorino and oil.
