LIGHT CUPCAKES

Course: Cake

Materials

  • 200 gr buckwheat flour
  • 100 gr flour00
  • 80 gr brown sugar
  • 50 gr honey
  • 50 gr yogurt
  • 50 gr milk
  • 50 gr sunflower seeds oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 10 gr baking powder
  • 4 gr cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Wash the carrot and the zucchini and grate them with a grater that turns them into a sort of threads.
  • Add yogurt, honey and a pinch of salt.
  • Mix with a spoon.
  • Mix the two flours together with cinnamon, sugar and baking powder.
  • Add to vegetable mixture.
  • Then add milk and oil and mix.
  • Place the mixture in cupcakes stamps and cook at 180°C for about 30min.
