LIGHT CUPCAKES
Materials
- 200 gr buckwheat flour
- 100 gr flour00
- 80 gr brown sugar
- 50 gr honey
- 50 gr yogurt
- 50 gr milk
- 50 gr sunflower seeds oil
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 10 gr baking powder
- 4 gr cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Wash the carrot and the zucchini and grate them with a grater that turns them into a sort of threads.
- Add yogurt, honey and a pinch of salt.
- Mix with a spoon.
- Mix the two flours together with cinnamon, sugar and baking powder.
- Add to vegetable mixture.
- Then add milk and oil and mix.
- Place the mixture in cupcakes stamps and cook at 180°C for about 30min.
