LIGHT BANANA BREAD

Course: Cake

Materials

  • 200 gr banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 gr milk
  • 120 gr flour almond
  • 80 gr flour buckwheat
  • to taste cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon bicarbonate
  • drops lemon
  • to taste flakes dark choccolate

Instructions

  • Whip the eggs.
  • Keep mixing and add to them: smashed banana, milk, flour and cinnamon.
  • Take the teaspoon of bicarbonate and drop on it few lemon drops before you mix it to the rest.
  • Optional: add dark choccolate flakes to taste.
  • Cook at 170°C for 40min.
