Recipe: Gnudi, a traditional Tuscan dish


GNUDI

A tipical Tuscan dish

Materials

  • 500 gr potatoes
  • 500 gr ricotta cheese goat
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr Parmesan cheese
  • to taste nutmeg
  • just enough flour

Dressing

  • butter
  • sage
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Boil and peel potatoes.
  • Smash potatoes and mix them to the other ingredients.
  • Make balls and flour them.
  • Boil water and cook them for few minutes.

Dressing

  • Melt butter with sage and pour on gnudi.
  • Add Parmesan cheese on top.
