Recipe: Gnudi, a traditional Tuscan dish
GNUDI
A tipical Tuscan dish
Yield: 4
Materials
- 500 gr potatoes
- 500 gr ricotta cheese goat
- 3 eggs
- 100 gr Parmesan cheese
- to taste nutmeg
- just enough flour
Dressing
- butter
- sage
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Boil and peel potatoes.
- Smash potatoes and mix them to the other ingredients.
- Make balls and flour them.
- Boil water and cook them for few minutes.
Dressing
- Melt butter with sage and pour on gnudi.
- Add Parmesan cheese on top.
