Recipe: Basmati rice Mediterranean style
BASMATI RICE MEDITERRANEAN STYLE

Materials
- 200 gr basmati rice
- 500 gr salad tomatoes
- 1 piece garlic
- to taste olive oil
- to taste salt
- 30 leaves mint
- 1 bio lemon peel
- 1 bio orange
- 50 hazelnuts
- 10 leaves basil
- 50 capers
Instructions
- Boil basmati rice.
- Cut tomatoes and mix with olive oil, salt, mint, peel of lemon and orange and the whole piece of garlic.
- Once the rice is ready, add it to the tomatoes mixture and let it cool.
- Blend hazelnuts, basil, capers and the orange pulp and add everything to the rice before you serve.
- Very good served at room temperature.
