Recipe: Basmati rice Mediterranean style


BASMATI RICE MEDITERRANEAN STYLE

Materials

  • 200 gr basmati rice
  • 500 gr salad tomatoes
  • 1 piece garlic
  • to taste olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • 30 leaves mint
  • 1 bio lemon peel
  • 1 bio orange
  • 50 hazelnuts
  • 10 leaves basil
  • 50 capers

Instructions

  • Boil basmati rice.
  • Cut tomatoes and mix with olive oil, salt, mint, peel of lemon and orange and the whole piece of garlic.
  • Once the rice is ready, add it to the tomatoes mixture and let it cool.
  • Blend hazelnuts, basil, capers and the orange pulp and add everything to the rice before you serve.
  • Very good served at room temperature.
