Recipe: baby octopus Mediterranean style


BABY OCTOPUS MEDITERRANEAN STYLE

Materials

  • 300 gr baby octopus
  • 2 potatoes
  • to taste capers
  • to taste olives black
  • to taste parsley
  • 4 tomatoes for the sauce
  • to taste salt
  • to taste olive oil
  • ½ glass white wine
  • 1 piece garlic

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  • Cook in a pan with a little bit of olive oil, baby octopus, garlic (whole piece), capers, olives, salt and parsley. Simmer with white wine until reduced.
  • Cook in a separate pan some tomato sauce.
  • Add tomato and potatoes to the octopus and keep cooking for few more minutes.
