Recipe: baby octopus Mediterranean style
BABY OCTOPUS MEDITERRANEAN STYLE
- 300 gr baby octopus
- 2 potatoes
- to taste capers
- to taste olives black
- to taste parsley
- 4 tomatoes for the sauce
- to taste salt
- to taste olive oil
- ½ glass white wine
- 1 piece garlic
- Boil potatoes and cut them into cubes.
- Cook in a pan with a little bit of olive oil, baby octopus, garlic (whole piece), capers, olives, salt and parsley. Simmer with white wine until reduced.
- Cook in a separate pan some tomato sauce.
- Add tomato and potatoes to the octopus and keep cooking for few more minutes.
