Galo – Cucina con Cantina
A mix of flavors between traditions and originality
Galo was opened in Rome on May 2017 by Gabriele and Lorenzo (this is where the name comes from), two schoolmates that decided to start a new adventure together. Their cuisine is an original mix of INTERNATIONAL DISHES and typical ROMAN RECIPES with a Width menu they often change. Preferred appetizers, MARITOZZO with tuna ham, burrata and tomatoes and fillet TARTARE TOAST with mustard majo and truffles. Not missing AMATRICIANA and CARBONARA pasta, rivisited with truffles. Good WINE selection, about 50 ITALIAN lables.
